Hallo Roelof,

When I wrote this, I forgot about the bug that this syntax was
temporarily bugged, so I'm afraid it won't work with the latest public
release. (It's working with the beta I was using yesterday.)
Change this to:
%SetHeader("To","%OFromAddr.didtheyreadit.com")%-
Same goes for Miguel's suggestion, %To=""%To="whatever" just doesn't
work all of the time with the public release.
