How do the forwarded e-mail look like? I have no problem forwarding
spam to spamcop here, but I use the following filter to do so:

$$$$ TB! Message Filter $$$$
beginFilter
UID: [0EDF44F8.01C6686D.12949803.5B690813]
Name: Submit\20spam\20to\20SpamCop
Filter: {\0D\0A\20`21\0D\0A}
ExportMessage Kludges OverwriteExist FmtUnix filename
C:\5Catempdir\5Cexport.txt filenamerelative %EXEDRIVE%\5Catempdir\5Cexport.txt
Forward template %PUT\3D\22C:\5CATempDir\5Cexport.txt\22\0D\0A\0D\0A NoAttach
address [EMAIL PROTECTED]
MarkRead
IsManual
IsActive
IsHotkey
IsCheckRule
IsHotkeyOnly
IsSendQueue
endFilter

Also, spam without any body will not be accepted by spamcop.
