How does this error message appear? Is it a dialog that pops up, and
if so, what is the name in the title bar?
Or is it an error listed in the account log?
I don't think TB has such an error message available, unless such a
setting does indeed exist. So it must come from somewhere else. If
it's in the log, it comes from the server.
