You must have administrative rights to create a new folder in the
%PROGRAMFILES% path, but its OK to create the directory of course. :-)
Its C:\Program Files\Internet\The Bat!\images here
Copy both the data directory (the "pcwsmileys" folder where the actual
graphics are) and the "index file" ("pcwsmileys.msl") into the "images"
directory and restart TheBat.
All that left before seeing the images now is that you must switch to
the "Rich Text Viewer", and enable the smileys.
Either temporarily by right-clicking in the Rich Text Viewer
window/preview and checking the "Smileys", or permanently in the editor
prefs, Options / Preferences / Viewer-Editor, checkbox in the middle...
