I assume that you want to move a given message to a specific folder.
To do so, on the Actions tab, add the "Move the message to a folder"
action. Then, give the filter a descriptive name of your choice.

For now, you can copy and paste filters between the two types. It
seems as if your trying to keep all message to and from a certain
group of people in the same folder. Is this true?
