No need for that with The Bat! - I store all past messages from mailing lists directly in TB, and have around 400.000 messages currently (with the largest folder containing 71.753 messages at the moment), and I haven't yet experienced any data loss or instability. The only thing I noticed was, that TB starts taking significantly longer to load a folder once it contains over ~15.000 messages, so I have my most active mailing lists configured to store 5000 messages in the deliver-to folder, and move the rest to Archive subfolder. -- < Jernej Simončič ><><><><>< http://deepthought.ena.si/ > Far-away talent always seems better than home-developed talent. -- Hunter's Theory of Personnel Recruitment ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.80.06 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
