I decided to do an Issues search in The Bat! Wishes. I searched on the single word "font." Turned up 8 reports, of which only two look remotely relevant: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=288 and https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=276 They're both really old, from 2002, addressing specific font interface problems, and there is no wish that I could find to have all the various font selection options collected in one place.
