I have a filter that allows me to change the Subject header which, on save
and close, sends the reuslting amended email to a sub-folder of an account.

Now what I want to do is: whenever an email arrives in that sub-folder to
trigger anoither filter automatically to re-direct teh email to another of
my email accounts that turns incoming emails into action points on a to-do
list.

I cannot see a filter condition that means:

As soon as an email arrives in this sub-folder, re-direct it.

There is nothing common about the messages apart from that they are landing
in that sub-folder after the subject amendment.

Any bright ideas out there?
