No, that's not the only way. We share messages using POP: Each
computer will leave messages on the server, so each computer will
download all incoming messages. In order for everybody to also receive
the messages sent, there are two possibilities:

1.) Everybody sends their messages by BCC to the From address as well.
(This is what we used to do.)

2.) The server will copy all outgoing messages to the Inbox on server.
(This is what we do now, a feature of Merak mail server.)
