That sounds as if your copy of TB! might have gotten damaged in such a
way as to change the file type filter it uses in the browse window
from "ZIP" to "ZAP" and also to change the option flags for the browse
window to prevent any changes. This information is usually stored,
invisibly to the user, as part of the EXE file. I'd try doing a total
backup of TB!s data, then uninstalling TB! and re-installing it, to
make sure that it's not a damaged file...
