Instead of a new install, you can prepare the new stick so it won't
reject the copy of Voyager.

Check the volume number of your current USB stick. (On commandline
type "vol x:" without quotes, and make x the USB device's drive letter)

Format your new device with the same volume number.

Copy your backup and run it.

This should work, although I haven't tested it myself yet. If it
doesn't, you can still make a new install.
