Thank you for replying Roelof, i tried what you suggested, but this is what happens; if i paste the text of an article into a new email, and then use alt-L to wrap the text, all the spacing of the article from the website gets lost, and i end up with one giant block of text, without paragraph breaks. is there anyway to bring in the line changes before i paste the text, and set that as the default length of line so that when i paste something into the email, it spaces the lines accordingly. my other option is to paste the text into a plain text (windows) format, but what is happening is that often, but now always, the line spacing from the website gets lost, and i have to put in considerable time spacing the paragraphs again. thanks again for your help. ps. ive tried to change the signature to the sig limiter you suggested, hope it works better now. ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.85.03 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
