Apologies for the delay in replying but I had to do a bit of research before I could suggest a solution. As you say, there seems not to be any macro for using an address book group name. However, there is a method if your individual correspondents' entries in your address book have their 'Company name' entered, which is made exactly the same as the title of the folder to which you want their messages to go. Set up your filter with the following parameters: Condition: Address groups <list of all groups> contain sender Action: Move to the folder \\Accountname\%ABFROMCompany I have tested this by entering a 'Company name' against my own name in the address book, then I set up a folder with exactly the same name (Company name), and finally I sent a message to myself. When the message was received it went straight to the 'Company name folder. You can of course 'Copy' instead of 'Move' I hope this will help you. -- Best regards, Roger :flag-southafrica: The Bat! v3.96.5.1 (BETA) :beta: with AntispamSniper 1.8.0.5 , on Windows XP, version 5 1, build 2600 and Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.95.08 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
