I thought the "Name" field that is right beside it in the Sorting Office dialog was for the human readable description (well, that's what I use the Name field for on my Bat installation anyway). Like, e-mails from my work e-mail address (that I send to my home e-mail address) are filtered by a filter named 'Work' and e-mail from my phone company is filtered by a filter named after the company's name. Maybe you're meant to use cryptic names in the Name field, like xyzabc for 'Work' and 'sdhuifdhua' for 'Phone Company'?
