That's odd phenomenon that I've never seen happening for myself, but there's been a lot of complaints about it over the years. A> He tries to re add them but TB says that the folder exists already. That's because it is. (Existing I mean) When TB creates a folder it's also creating a new directory with the same name as that folder. So if the directory to be created already exists, then TB will report an error as it can't create that directory. There are two solutions for this. Press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L while focus is on the account tree pane, this shortcut restores lost folders. It won't work when you're using OTFE. It will restore all directories in your mail directory to folders within TB, even when they've never been intended as a mail folder. The other solution is to rename (or move to another location) the lost folder you've found. Create a new folder within TB. Close TB and copy the contents from the lost directory into the new directory. -- Groetjes, Roelof Windows-Reboot more before 9AM than most users do all day http://www.voormijalleen.nl/ The Bat! 3.99.13 (BETA) Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 2 pop3 accounts OTFE enabled P4 3GHz 2 GB RAM
