Hello,

For as long as I can remember, creating a shortcut containing just
"mailto:"; would give me a quick way to open up a new message from my
start menu, which I named newmail.url.

As of some (unknown) recent event clicking this now gives me a new
mail with reference to another newmail.url as an attachment.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

TIA,
