Well, the only way that comes to mind is to create a new filter in the VERNON sorting office which has no actions or criteria. Now, Ctrl+Alt+drag drop the filters to be moved, one at a time, onto this new filter. NOW you can copy (or cut) the entire filter tree from its new root and paste it into the MONSELL filter set.
