Hello List! I have a few more questions (besides the one I already posted, help is still really, really appreciated) about IMAP. first of all, I can't figure out how to find deleted (not purged) messages, even though the settings are that tb wouldn't move them to the trash folder but rather flag them as being deleted. how do I find them? (I also clicked on "browse deleted messages", nothing showed up). Also, one of our TB! users has a problem that i found in the bugtracker, sometimes her TB! just wouldn't load the body of a message. If she clicks on the message, the place where the message should show up is just grey. If she restarts TB! though, the message shows up fine. Any hints on that? Help is appreciated!
