Hello , First post, at times the incoming message triggers the voyager to for installation CD of Office 2003. Even after supplying the same, it goes into a loop. The error message is enclosed (bat_error.png). If this particular message is somehow deleted it goes into Trash Folder, does not create any problem. If attempt is made to delete it from trash, the same problem is encountered. Otherwise no issues. The message which has this problem is often with attachment or even without attachment. Apparently from the error message it looks like a memory related problem. But it is happening very rarely, prompting me to think that its really not a memory problem.
