RO> Yep, that's the way, you create common filters and set those to filter RO> all accounts. It's indeed the way to go, I have over 100 Common Filters in the office. The caveat is that if you create a new filter, it is not associated to any account. So, make sure you hit the "shared with" tab and click on the appropriate accounts. -- Cheers, Thomas.
