Hi Patrick This is what I would try: 1. In The Bat! Account Properties for your default mail account, pick the 'General' Tab and make sure that "This account is the default for "mailto:"; URLS" is ticked. 2. Start IE7 go to "Tools", "Internet Options", "Programs". If The Bat! is shown as the E-mail service change it to something else, restart IE7 and change it back to The Bat!, or if it isn't TheBat! make sure it is!
