Can anyone offer some suggestions for this Bat! user? He seems to be
using version 1.61. I've forwarded him the list subscription details,
so he'll probably be joining soon, but I just wanted to get the ball
rolling for him ...

I know there are several on the list that use the Bat email
program. I do also and having misplaced my manual and
password, I am not able to get tech support from the Vendor.
the problem I have is that somehow by keystroke or other
method I have accidently locked my account folder and all the
underlying folders so that the messages in those folders
cannot be moved or deleted. I would be grateful if anyone can
advise how to unlock everything."
