Make a back-up of the .TBB file first.I usualy just rename to TB_.

Maybe, maybe not. Anyway, after the new folder is set up (I do suggest
to rename the original TBB file first), a new TBB file is created
automatically.

No need. The Bat! will create a new TBI file automatically. The whole
problem may be a corrupted TBI file in the first place, so I don't
recommend reinstalling the original.

I've been through this procedure.
