Ritlabs Employee #2: Well, let's not go with just the usual option in the Preferences dialog, that is way too boring. Ritlabs Employee #1: Ah - I've got it. Let's make them uninstall the program, delete their mail folder, reinstall the program, run it, re-enable OTFE and then restore a backup of their mail folder!
