Got something like that, a couple of days ago. No text in the message
a load French recipients and a 5+ MB powerpoint slide show. And sent
to my tb-lists address.
My virus scanner didn't find anything.

Not here, but then I've got all of my accounts set to ignore
receipt confirmation requests.
