The way I understand it, the TB! licence is a one-person licence and
not a one-computer licence. This means, when you switch computers, you
can install TB! with the same licence key again. Please do read the
Terms again, this was changed once or twice in the past, I am not sure
about the current legal situation.

Make a full back-up with the internal function ((Options / Backup).
Make sure all checkmarks are in place. Store the resulintg .tbk file
on a disc or USB drive.

When you install TB! on the new computer, you will be asked whether
you want to create a new account or restore from backup. Choose
restore and point to the .tbk file.

Everything should be in place and TB! look exactly as on the old
computer, except for some minor interface settings.
