The best way I've found to solve similar issues is to use 'Virtual Common Folders' instead of normal Common folders. For example, allow messages to come into each account's Inbox and then create a Virtual Common Folder looking into your 4 accounts Inboxes. This way, when you are on your VCF, you will see all messages from your 4 accounts and if you reply to any of them the proper account (and its Reply template) will be used. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
