I'm using an Alpha and not finding it in the menu. Choose HTML or
HTML/plain text editor and the bar under the "subject" will change.
Look for an icon that is white with a mountain and an orange sun

Get the cursor where you want it and click that. There is no good
wrapping so if that doesn't give you the effect you want you can
insert the graphic into a table etc
