as an update: I realise that the message base in Voyager is encrypted by default. Since I upgraded my existing Home Version to Pro on my main pc, my current database is not encrypted. Could that be the reason for the failure and is there a way around it. I can't seem to find anything on how to encrypt the database - only info relating to emails to be sent.
