I guess they haven't figured out the benefits or are reluctant to give the non-IT people (as opposed to us) any opportunity to mess up their system. In the office I have to use Thunderbird (because I don't want Outlook), which has limited filtering capabilities, but gets the job done. Here at home, well. Last couple of days it worked again. Now it stopped.
