It  won't corrupt your folders, but TB will lose track of them and any
filters  that  move  or  copy from or to those folders will lose their
connection too.

Or  to say it differently: I wouldn't do it. The troubles you get with
fixing  the results are worse then the troubles you save by moving the
folders under Windows.
