I have no experience of Windows Vista but I imagine it is similar to XP in this respect. Either you will both log on to Windows as the same user, in which case logging onto The Bat! will bring up all of the accounts you have chosen to copy over. In the Account Properties (under "Files and Directories) you can specify the path to the home directory for that account (and directory for storing attachments, if not left with messages). If required, your respective accounts can be password protected. Otherwise, you log onto Windows under different user names. In this case, TB! in your windows user reads your mailbase and in hers it reads hers. Again, if the path to the mailbase is different to on your home PCs you will need to change this in the account properties. Unsure what happens with address books and filters etc -- Best regards, MFPA Life is a holiday.
