Hm. Why don't you change the details in the existing account? New
email address, new POP/SMTP server, etc. You wouldn't need to move any
of your folders.

Only if your own email address is mentioned in your filters. I have
one incoming filter called "self" which contains my own email address:
It marks messages as read. Changing one filter wouldn't be much
trouble.

Yes, you can do that too. I would do it on the file level (Windows
Explorer or better File Managers come to mind) while TB! is closed.
