First thing I would try is to move the message from the sentmail to
the inbox as that's generally the folder of the mailbox that's
downloaded by TB.
Second  option would be to save the message as file to your local hard
disk, preferrably as a .msg file and import that into TB via:
 Tools -> Import messages -> .msg
