Highlight all the required messages at the same time and copy/paste 
all in one go. Don't paste too much into the same message, especially 
if you or your friend has a slow internet connection.

1. If you have the archive stored locally, view the list threaded, to
   save searching for the individual messages. You still need to 
   highlight them all to copy/paste.

2. If the list archive is available on the internet, simply send your 
   friend the link to the first message in the thread.
