Subject: Fix for Jetty session locking

Hi Orion et all,

I've taken another look at the jetty session locking. I just
realized it wasn't working for the (more complicated) Townsend webapp.

Seems I've been a bit of a wally with the locking implementation!
I think I made every newbie mistake in the book. :-(

Anyway, I've reimplemented it now and it is working fine for all
3 tc demo webapps for me.

To use it, firstly you'll need to checkout and compile jetty head, not the
terracotta branch. Then get the updates to jetty-contrib/contrib/terracotta
and rebuild it and copy the resulting jar to your jetty lib/ext directory.

Secondly, you'll need to copy jetty.xml and other-jetty.xml from
jetty-contrib/contrib/terracotta/src/main/resources/ to your jetty etc/
directory. Then, copy the cart.xml, townsend.xml and departmentTaskList.xml
files into your jetty contexts/ directory.

Assuming you've already copied the wars for the 3 demo webapps into your
jetty webapps/ directory, then you should be good to restart your jetty
instances.

Please let me know if things are not working now.

best regards
Jan
