packaging/assembly.

Eelco and others, command "tcbuild clean check_short jdk=1.5" is
compiling everything and runs some subset of tests that runs quick
enough, so it is handy to use before committing stuff. What tests to
include is decided based on content of <project>/tests.<test
type>.lists.short files.
