S3 is managed via a SOAP, and you can edit the ACL to be browseable, such
as:

http://s3.amazonaws.com/maven

But it is an eyesore in that form. An interface would probably be pretty
easy - command-line or browser... Ohh, do I smell greasemonkey? :)
