clustered-apache-struts-1.1-1.1.0.jar is broken. It doesn't include enough

I've attached what I think is a fixed version of it, but these fixes should
make their way into the kit.
This probably happened because all of the sample configs include *..*, so you'd
never notice from the samples that the struts config module is busticated.
