If we tee off the final bytestream produced by a classloader for a given class,
we can stash it in the server.
We can then load the class from the server - maybe on a class notfound
exception we can try the server. Or we can just specify a ceryain range of
classnames that should be server side and when sending DNA for those classes
send the class definition too.
