I found another trick. I made a "maven2" file with the same content of "index.html" (index.html is no longer needed). Then set the content-type for "maven2" to be "text/html" and the content-disposition to be "inline"
That tricks the browser into serveing http://download.terracotta.org/maven2 as a normal HTML page.
