We are using the same repo - so the first one. See the prior email
discussing versioning. Due to this we are not going to support version
ranges.

The Terracotta maven repository URL has changed to:
http://www.terracotta.org/download/reflector/maven2
I've changed it in the pom.xml in the maven-tc-plugin project and on the maven
plugin wiki page.
If you are using the Terracotta maven plugin, please update to the new
repository URL.
For backward compatibility, the old URL will still work, but we will eventually
retire it.
