Cluster Events should be available from the Terracotta Server's standard JMX API

If it is already available, then the only thing to do is to document it in the
JMX guide (hint: create a JIRA issue for it before you close this issue).
There's currently no documentation that I know of that describes how to get
cluster events from the Terracotta Server.
