    Affects Versions: 2.4.5
            Reporter: Gary Keim
            Assignee: Issue Review Board

A Spring application-context causes a DSO root to be generated holding all the
shared Spring Beans. This application-context root-name can be declared in the
configuration but, if it is not a root-name is generated. The
<application-context> <root-name> element is not described in
tc-config-reference.xml.
