The latest change that i made prints these warnings when the clients(L1) tries to get the l1 reconnect properties from L2 and the server (L2) hasn't been started yet. All the tests run fine now with this checkin and samples also work if you start the server(l2). My question is in what case the latest build is not working, i mean how can we reproduce it.
