Yes, we'll definitely want to integrate building/publishing this into our
nightly builds, as well as our Maven artifact release process.
Gary, is this JAR created by tcbuild during the compile phase? If so, we can
just add it to buildconfig/distribution/dso-opensource.def.yml and it will be
incorporated into the Maven artifact build process.
