Extraneous InstallAnywhere config files for EE kit is present in our source tree

There are extraneous InstallAnywhere config files for EE kit is present in our
source tree, it appears that only two of them is valid (or being used), we
should deprecate the others to minimize confusion, these are the locations of
the said config files (I've marked the ones that are being used with asterisk):
[opensource source tree]
./kits/source/installer/dso*
./kits/source/installer/enterprise-edition
[enterprise edition source tree]
./kits/source/installer/dso*
./kits/source/installer/sessions
./kits/source/installer/spring
We could also move the ./kits/source/installer/dso from the EE source tree into
the OS source tree, with very trivial modification in the buildscript so that
IA configuration files reside in one source tree only.
