Hi Eirik,
We actually do have a tc-commits mailing list that is sent an e-mail
notification whenever there is a commit to our Subversion repository.
However, this list is not currently available to the general public
because it also receives notifications from private branches and from
our private internal repository.
It should be easy enough to add the SVNSearch ping to our post-commit
hook, so if you can send along instructions I'll make sure that the ping
is put into place.
