The tc-maven-plugin tc:admin goal is broken with the 2.6. release. A new
XmlBean archive was added describing the the stats configuration, which can be
created via the AdminConsole Stats recorder page. This new archive needs to be
(1) exported as a Maven artifact, and (2) added as a dependency in the
tc-maven-plugin pom.
