We have a lot of new faces in the TC Forums and Email lists which is really awesome. We invite everyone to join, discuss and have lively discussions. To ensure we have a helpful, fun, and thriving community, we ask that you follow a few simple ground rules. But, here are a few ground rules we should all follow: 1. Be respectful. Everyone here is trying to learn and/or to solve a problem. Specifically, flame wars and ad hominem attacks will not be tolerated. So far, everyone has been very good about this, so thank you. 2. If you have a question, please first check the FAQ and the Troubleshooting Guide and search the forums to see if your problem has already been answered. Also, look at the error message if relevant; there's a lot of good stuff in there. 3. If you are asking a question, please post the relevant Terracotta configuration file, Terracotta logs, and, if possible, sample code. Without those things, it's hard to diagnose problems. 4.
